I think the problem with certain City fans is they think too small.

We've had this shit before in the past, people standing by the likes of Hughes and Dunne etc.

Dzeko is an 'ok' striker if you're going for top 6, maybe a Champions League spot. He does score goals, but he has the touch of a rapist, and can't shoot for shit. His general play is very poor. Most of his goals go in off his arse or are tap ins.

I don't think Dzeko is good enough for us, so in my eyes he's a cunt and should be sold immediately.

There are plenty of other options out there for us.

I'd rather aguero and the classier strikers out there, but plan b is important and they normally come in the shape of strikers like Dzeko.

I don't know why you think he's a cunt though? I thought he's been acting ok for someone who has been consigned to being our plan b?

It looks like he's going to get his chance this season & we will have at least one winger, so we'll see what he's made of.

I personally think we should go for Higuain. I've always rated him.

I used to think he was Argy's best striker, better than Tevez & Aguero, but I've not been impressed with him at all in recent seasons.

I wouldn't mind higuain either, but would he partner aguero well/does he at international level?

I'm not sure I can handle seeing him for another year in a city shirt.

When I'm watching him, 10% of the time I'm happy about something he's done, and 90% of the time I have my head in my hands as he passes the ball to the opposition, loses possession, shoots towards the corner flag or a mile over the goalpost.

I think I'll just close my eyes when he gets the ball to save my sanity. (what's left of it).

I don't think they get to play together often due to also having Messi, Tevez (when he's picked), Lavezzi and Palacio to choose from.

I think Higuain would be great for us the more I think about it, he's pretty damn fast and I think in the current squad we do miss some pace. Navas will help in this department as well.

My main gripe with Dzeko is effort. I think he's excellent when he really puts it in, he batters defenders about & makes great runs etc then I think he's turned the corner & is going to be fantastic for us, then the next game he strolls around & plays as you describe.

I don't mind anyone having an off day if they've given 100% but imo, his off days are often because he doesn't.

Hopefully the Count can get the best out of him.

Shame then that that small club Bayern Munich wouldn't fork out for his wages last summer, opting to bring in Mandzukic instead on half his wages.

On topic. Jayko I think will surprise us with some wingers and a different style of play. He's finally got his Own. Personal. Jesus. And I expect the two to link up really well. Looking forward to it in fact. Take no shelter Edin. Pick up arms and fight for your spot son.

I would be very surprised if he didn't get 20+ league goals in a system designed with him in mind and for a coach/manager who believes in him and engages with him.

edin will be even better with wingers feeding him the ball. Look at the footage of him in Germany he scored for fun with this system. We need a dzeko type player to also change it tactically up front when it doesnt go our way
