I mentioned him in this thread I think.

Played for Portugal in the U20s World Cup & imo looked a real talent. Fast & Tricky, like SWP but with a finish.

He looked like the kind of player you could put straight in a first team squad, because he is rapid & would cause defenders problems, just like SWP did when he was a kid.


You can never tell for sure watching players at that level though. I saw Giggs (Wilson) even younger than that age & thought 'this lad will be a star' but I also saw Paul Moulden & thought 'this lad will be a star'.

Not bad, I think we need a kid like this to come off the bench and start in some Cup matches/easier league fixtures. I am really annoyed at the Osvaldo links, what a slap that would be to our youngsters and even Guidetti to be shut out behind that jobber.
