Nothing unexpected from the 1st half. Not sure about this attacking play that Pellers talks of, looked pretty much static for me, and expected for the 1st game back.

There is not much that can be learned from this as regards real football, team shape etc but it's pretty clear Barry & VK are well up for whatever comes. The ridiculous campaign to get rid of Gareth Barry is already looking as completely fucking stupid as it deserves to be.

And even though it's a friendly, it may have already become apparent to some, that Fernandinho does not do the same job.

Suarez & Razak have just been given an opportunity & completely failed to take it.
