#City should sign #Negredo imminently for €25m plus a further 3m depending on performance/trophies/league position etc

Negredo was always going to be around the price we paid/will pay, the link to west ham and the money associated to that was just tabloid rubbish (early summer nothing to print stuff) so I wouldn't read too much into that.
It's pretty rare you see any striker in world football with an established 1 in 2 strike rate go for less than £20 million these days.
If we bag both Negredo and Jovetic for around £50 million, pay both under £100k per week, we still will be paying less than we would have had to have shelled out for Cavani, in both transfer fee and wages.
Everything about the Cavani deal is off the scale, only PSG would ever pay it.

It's all over here at the moment, I mean all of it, in the valley surrounding my house.

Eggsactly.
I reckon that Cavani deal will end up topping the 80 millions for Ronaldo when you take in agents fees and all the other bollox his hangers on have got.
CRAZY MONEY,we NEEDED two strikers and didnt see the value in Cavani.
