Yes mate, he's been asked to be City's top scorer again.

Really ?

Hurrah+1

I'm quietly buzzing about that 1st half. Nasri, Yaya look UP for it. If Nasri really starts playing, the Matas & Iscos of this world will never match him. It's his mentality which makes him a C list player half the time, not his ability. He even took a proper free kick.

Nastasic looked excellent with a bit more 'edge' to him, Milner & Micah look like they will cope esily with he new tactics. Fernandinho looks as if he needs a little more fitness training but could have just been letting Yaya go.

Even Sinclair looked as if he was coming to terms With it all.

It's already plain to see the different approach is being learned & I really, really, really like it.

One small problem, but we expected it.

Anyway, the football. You can see we are trying to introduce the pressing game but we've just no got it, yet. Chasing around individually achieves nothing, they will soon learn that it's got to be in packs, not only against the player with the ball but against any outlets as well.

Looked decent though with a few languid performances. Nasti looked a little lost (or un-arsed) at times whilst I've not really seen much from Fernando. Milner's brought the energy, Nasri's brought a bit of style and Micah, as always, seems to bring a little bit of excitement.

Nothing new to see and but what will be is when we have more than one attacker available. Will Pellers decide to play 2 at once?

I like Rodwell going forward. A lot. He showed some glimpses of it at the end of the season.

That Amazulu shirt would be decent if Spar was not sprawled across it.
