He came through their academy, but wasn't good enough to displace Kleberson in midfield. Shame for him, being from Salford as well.

When does this become tapping up? Barca don't want to sell, he isn't for sale, yet the rags are still putting offers in - surely there comes a point when someone charges them for harassment!

The way they are going back in for him again and again makes me think they know something we don't.

Fabregas to the Swamp, you're having a giraffe! If it was the case that the Rags wanted him so badly then Barca could ask what they want. Does anybody really think the Rags have that type of money?

When you hire someone like Moyes you are not in the market for multi-million pound players, you are looking for gems in the Primark bins.
In the words of my Old Man, "Life will never be the same without Man City, so get it in while you can".

Sounds more like United are now going down the route Arsenal have been on for a while which is making ridiculously unrealistic bids for players who don't want to join them just so they are linked with the best players in the world and then they will sign some unknown french kid.

Season ticket sales must be down?

Only now doing it?...They've been doing it for years, it's an age old strategy to get headlines, keep fans interested and upgrade the profile....Batistuta and Ortega come to mind...all those years ago.

The walk will allow them to sober up before they get home to the woman/man/other of their dreams/nightmares.

As for the rags and Fabregas....they've got more chance of signing up British Gas. Mind you mate, the bill will probably similar.

35 mil would be very tempting for me. Think Barca can find a better fit than Fabregas. I have no fears at all should the rags actually sign him.

The more they move away from Ferguson's ultra tested, successful system into a new era with a manager who has never won fuck all trying to play like Barca, the happier I will be.

Why is Gollum doing his business in public? It's not really the done thing these days (except 'arry) and it just makes you look foolish if it doesn't happen. Shame.

Because he's a fuckwit who used the press to his advantage in squeezing transfers in/out of Everton to gain as much advantage as possible? If he thinks it works now he's sadly mistaken - most of the past rag business has been done behined closed doors with very well timed leaks when needed. I really want him to fuck up big time and start crying.

I dont know what to make of this transfer malarky either, Barca say he isn't going anywhere, Arse say they havent been informed of any bids as per thier clause but goggle face is spewing this out in a manor that you'd suspect something has gone on to give confidence to do this...

And I would be worried arround Cesc joining rags (well I would have been if they had a good manager in charge who'd know how to use him), his link up with RVP would be pretty deadly if they do it right, and wouldnt need too much time to bed in.

Amazing how Gollum has changed doing his business. He whinged to high heaven about public bids when we chased Lescottt, yet here he is a few years down the line, doing the exact same thing.

Do as I say, and not as I do in its most glorious form.

It's why they claim he's 'cut from the same cloth' as the Govan piss-can, he's a hypocrite with a bad memory.

Apparently Moyes has offered a golden ring engraved with runes and some juicey sweet wriggly fish to Barca for Fabregas and they have rejected that too
