That's better from Negredo; he's worth persisting with, even when he's missing sitters. But I think he must have been waiting for a whistle for some of those early efforts; so once he gets that out of his system the better
(and Dzeko will have to settle for being Super-sub again, methinks)

couldn't disagree with you more ... looks like he'll be playing a major part this season, so we'll see how it works out.

I didn't ask that mate, what I said is that Gelson lost less ball's than Fernando has done today, in all his time.

What I've noticed about this game is that we've not really had any crosses into the box. It reminds me of when teams park the bus but our defence are shit when they break. That's not a criticism of course, it's very early and what these games are for.

Did you see that, we're using Lescott as an extra centre forward!

Or anything out left

If you and I can see it, mate, I hope the manager can see that if you've got winger on the right, you need one on the left as well.
Your right leg I like; I've got nothing against your right leg. The trouble is neither have you.

I'm seeing to many negatives this half and Navas needs to cut that shit out for one.

that seems to be a huge issue. Despite Silva and Nasri "playing there" both like to come inside. With Milner or Navas alongside them and Zaba/Micah, we are weighted way too far to the right.

Cant Jovetic play out wide left? I know he prefers playing in the hole...but so do Silva and Nasri..

i don't think you asked anything ... and I didn't answer, just to say that I don't share the opinion that he reminds of fernandes at all. What I meant at the end there was that time will tell!
