I was wondering why there were so many red shirts in the crowd but just read that Wigan only sold 6500 of their allocation. Teams with that support shouldn't be anywhere near the Prem, especially with someone like Coyle at the helm.

Now Martinez has gone I hope they tumble back down to where they came from.

Sorry DW.

6500?? Wow.

Are itv playing fake crowd noise?

There seems to be a constant monotone noise but i can hear the players shouting to each other.

6500?? Wow.

Just look at the ground mate, it's completely red interspersed with a few blue patches. A lot of their fans support the Rags as a 2nd team as well.

Pathetic.

Quite telling that United only had 7 shots with 3 on target, 2 goals out of 3 efforts.

Wigan had 1 shot, none on target. Says it all.

Understandable now that the leagues are completely stitched up with FFP.

So they're thinking rags will cash in on Rooney and bring back tranny, I assume? Just can't see it.

Just said in another thread, this is the Rags MO these days, using subliminal messages to keep their fans and investors believing in them.

Perez could not afford to lose Tranny, even if he did get Bale. A couple of losses and the fans would turn against him faster than a tramp on a fag butt.

Would Tranny want to play under Moyes now he's won a major trophy.

Tranaldo is about to sign an 'improved' contract with Real Madrid. Presumably Hibbert wants the no.7 shirt....

Hehe, I was thinking the same.

It reminds me of having an argument with some rags in the pub some years back, I was adamant that Veron hadn't been playing. They were all adamant he had been, but I was having none of it & the argument ensued until another rag informed them that " he has got the fucking lot of you on the same hook".

Notice how ITV and Sky and all have been calling it a 'trophy' and 'silverware' and all for Moyes and scum ... fuckler even said it himself in the pre-match talk on the mic, no no it's not preseason, I see it as a chance to win a trophy and that's what we are going to do ...

Remember this next year ... !!

Very embarrassingly, Mancini started that pathetic game, & still counts it as one of his 'trophies' today. Some on here sadly joined in with him, so we have lost all credibility in this argument. If they count it as a trophy, we have to put up with it.
