Dont agree, Pelligrini has got to build confidence in his players. Hart is a top keeper and although he has made errors recently, IMO he needs backing to get back his confidence.

Joe's fumbling lost us at least 10 points last season and has already lost us 3 points this season. I can understand your desire to back him but how many more points will you be happy to see him drop before we use our back-up keeper (a keeper that can actually deal with a corner)?
Should we wait until we're 10 points behind the leaders before we decide to do something - would that sit well with you?

why do people think that by sticking by him that he will magically regain confidence?

IMO he needs dropping to sort his head out. Hart is the kind of character that will think ''right i'll show this new guy how good i am'' and come back stronger..

..alternatively he'll get his knickers in a twist, slag us off, and say he wants to go.

I do agree he has made errors, he knows that, and I believe this can effect confidence. All players make mistakes, I believe as City fans we should give our players full support to help them bounce back.
He's won the PL golden gloves last 2 seasons. He is young, home grown and potentially one of the best keepers in Europe. I believe with the right support he will regain top form. I think we should cut him some slack.

Drop him. He has had enough chances he cost us games in the league last season and the gawe against madrid at the bernabeau. Give panti a chance, he has always done well when given a chance. Hart has had long enough to sort it out but he is still making costly mistakes.

Can't see him being dropped today. But he's a MOTD 5-minute section waiting to happen if he drops a clanger. Unfortunately.
