At the moment, Spurs, Arsenal, Liverpool & Chelsea all look better than City & Utd, who look like mid table teams with a few top players.

I will be surprised if that is the case in May though.

It's quite unbelievable to be honest but is part of the old system to do with contract negotiations. Now we're looking at winning leagues we pay them accordingly. Back then it was very different and their bonuses were dependant on games played rather than winning anything.
