I loved it when Rooney's hat fell off and the foul went against him lol.

Yep, thats exactly what he did.

He never had any intention of going for the ball, and put his own head down as he jumped to ensure he would whack the rag with the top of his head and come off unscathed.

It was proper fucking naughty, i did laugh though,

Oh he did intend to get the ball, he was just late. Webb opted for a card when he could easily have told him to calm down, first offence etc. Especially as he had a running dialog with wiggie before he finally booked him after several bookable offences.
