Yes didn't we follow up the 6-1 at the swamp with a 5-2 victory at Wolves in the league cup

We sure did mate but it was the manner of the victory that is reminisent.

MOTM by a country mile thought was Milner. Man was everywhere. Some great crosses with both feet and the left back had to be taken off!

Agree. Think the left back was pleased to come off though, with Navas ready to come on. Last thing you need after 70 minutes of Milner kicking you up and down the pitch is Roadrunner coming on.

Lopez good in the first half ( from the stills i saw! ) lively , involved, sharp and aggressive. got about 65-70mins and was perhaps tiring by then.

Jovetic looked good and after scoring seemed to find himself... started taking players on and generally causing a lot of nuisance, dropping deeper looking for the ball, smooth play. When up to full speed and relaxed he will be some player. Looking fwd to him and lil Dave together tbh.

Not sure if it was just me but that set up seemed to be channeling a real lot of play to Milner, who had a good game. Or maybe it was just that Boyce made Jimmy look like the roadrunner.

Thanks man. I appreciate the info.

I generally don't like videos from the crowd but this angle is spot on for Yaya's effort.

The English language is owned by the English. There is no variation on it that is acceptable. American English is bizarre. This is the country that insists that's burglarized is a shorter version of burgled.

Mind you, it'd help if the spell checker wasn't American English.

Played that game in 2nd gear but we were ruthlessly effective.

Jovetic lively, Richards positive, Milner excellent. Last 16 now and personally Id love to win this competition. Only 4 games from Wembley now so why not?

Tonights win didn't make me feel any better about our FA Cup final vanishing act.

Last night was great to watch our reserves strength ... that kid Lopes is quality, dare I say even better than Gudetti (whom I have only seen on TV a few times when on loan). I think he'll break into the first team sooner rather than we think. JoJo was OK, although he scored two and got MotM from the club as well but I remember seeing him a few times just in funny positions and at times not making the run other players expected him ... maybe just needs a little more playing time with the squad ...

Oh, and Garcia looks shit like always ... everyone chuckled in our section at his every first touch in the game where he almost gave the ball away and then turned around and then around again as if not knowing where to go ...

3-0 against Plzen, 4-1 on weekend and now 5-0 ... that's 12 goals in 3 games ... we should keep going!

RE those asking about Micah .....

He looked fit and strong , some great runs and crosses ..... another couple of games and he will be 100% . Clichy also had a smooth run out last night and Silva is almost ready ...... our options are frighteningly strong.
Not really here

Just watched the extended highlights as well, and Milner did indeed look like MotM.
