we need 100% concentration and no sloppy-ness as surely bayern will punish our mistakes. cut out the sloppy play and go for it we can win but i think a draw 2-2

This is the first game this season that I will be attending and I am really looking forward to us locking horns with them as they are a top team.

I was quite surprised to see the difference in betting between us. I thought we would be quite even but they are firm favourites and we are 12/5 I shall be having a good look on Betfair later to see what price we are as I fancy that we may be value for money at around 7/2 if I can get anywhere bear that price.

With a full strength side to pick from we may just have a bit too much for them on our manor methinks.

I'm supposed to be out of the country now, & have come back home for a few days instead in order to see this, so I just ask that whatever the result, both manager & players actually turn up, unlike the Napoli or Dortmund games.

Play well against an half decent european side for once.

Yes they are the european champions but they are not invicible. Arsenal beat them last year in munich. We are well capable of getting the victory. I think the boys in blue will do us proud tonight.

29 minutes so far on hold to supporter services to get my dads ticket upgraded so my girlfriend can attend the game tonight.

the hold music is killing the myth of the champions league single handedly and they wonder why people try and get in on junior and senior citizen tickets

They don't come much bigger than this, they have been the outstanding side in Europe over the past two seasons.

As others have said already we need eleven fully focused players on the pitch tonight. If we do them any favours at all they will punish us but if we can play at our best we can take any team.

I'm a little bit concerned about the Pellers vs Pep head to head of 7-1-0 in Pep's favour.

Good point.

Not much to read into as Barca/Madrid have similar records against all the other Spanish sides.

pfff, had a dream last night and it was a nightmare. City lost 1:4, but there was a massive fight on the pitch, one of the bayern players had his face broken big time...

Hope players approach this like they did against the scum, head down, work hard and try to beat European champions.

I will do the same as I do for all the big games: prepare some great dinner for my friends, lots of hitech wine and cheer cheer cheeers ;)

1-0 up already, playing well and completely in control so far with another chance cleared off the line to go 2 - 0
