Or realise that the Champions' League is a different proposition to the Prem and that in a domestic setting we are not such a bad side.

Cardiff was a wake up call
Stoke was a wake up call
Villa was a wake up call
Etc etc

Once we get a decent manager who can get the best out of the world class squad we have we might start enjoying football again regularly.

Let's take it into consideration.

Aston Villa?

While we have a great squad we are kidding ourselves if we believe it is world class.

It's not he result, it's the manner of the result. We are not a team of average joes anymore...

Don't try to cheer me up. If the CL is all that matters then we've just hit the buffers. Tonight was a chance to prove, even if it was a defensive display and I cannot believe that a manager like Pellers can be so naive.

Fucking stinks, the lot of it.

They would all thrive in that team. Managed by someone who can get the best out of players.

Why change our FBs who haven't played a game and put them in the firing line? I feel we've turned into a Chavski with the exception that it's not the owner picking the team and tactics.

Pellers looked totally lost and with the head in hand it showed he wanted to change it.
