Defensive midfielders are just shit midfielders who are too slow or too naturally unfit to run up and down for 90mins.
Attacking midfielders are pussies who can't be bothered do the dirty work.
Our 2 central midfielders are capable of doing it all in combination. The theory should be that they can play together and are more than good enough to dominate the midfield against every club we play against.
The key to our season is those 2 dickheads figuring that out.
The issue is when they're outnumbered in the centre, which they have been in the majority of our games so far.
