Would you pass to Torres or shoot yourself? There is the answer. ;-)

And some were saying they never wanted him to play for us again? Looks like some here can enjoy some humble pie. He's been great the last few games for us. Adds a lot to our attacking game and is a superb crosser of the ball.
We all know he's not great defensively but the fact he's so good going froward pushes the opposition winger and full back right back into their own half.
Looks like Clichy has a propper fight for his place.

My MOTM up to the point he had to go off. He was even defending properly for once and actually stopped some crosses.

Never thought I'd say it but he should be starting every game atm, offers so much more than Clichy. He's unfortunate no one tends to take a gamble on his crosses.

He's started defending well also. That's the biggest surprise for me. He got skinned once today, but apart from that incident he was excellent.

As i've said before his best 'defensive work' is the fact he gets forward so much and pushes the opposition higher up the pitch. Take the derby for example where he had Valencia in his pocket.

He did get skimmed once today but then again look at Clichy's defending for Bayern's second which was far worse.

he's been brilliant for the past few games.

Always been one of my favorite players since he came here. Now I don't have to feel bad about liking him.

People are jumping ahead of themselves. So he has been having time on tr ball to cross it. This season in the game we lost his defending was piss poor and everyone on here was stating it.

Maybe it's because we're playing a different system.

Some players thrive under a new system.

The only thing missing is the strikers movement tbh. Today Kolarov put in two brilliant crosses across the six yard bax and Zabaleta also put one in late on but there was no one taking a gamble on any of them.

I also think in the system Pellegrini wants to play, the fullbacks are a huge part of the attacking game and so I expect we'll mostly see Zab and Kolarov.

Wtf are you talking about and this new system bollox. He was shocking, in some of the games this season, but according to you he has all of a sudden adapted to the new system and is thriving, which sounds like even more bolloxs. I'm sure when we need to rely on hai defending properly and he fucks it he will still be thriving.

So much trouble for him with Bobby Manc, now he looks like a fantastic player with El Ingeniero: tactical reasons I suppose!

He doesn't even pretend to be bothered!

I don't ever want to see him in a City shirt again.

Ever.

I love it when KK slags players early in the season, especially when they start coming good.

Do us a favor please question Garcia, Lescott, Dzeko and Hart. Thank you.
