Fergie went up in my estimations for what he did for Paul Lake. If you are not aware what he did then read Lakeys book. It was a great gesture and shows that he is a decent bloke.

There will more than likely be a copy floating around my house as my house mate is a red so I will have a read. You cant argue with the facts that he is the greatest club manager this country has ever seen. You have to respect what he has done in the game as it will never be surpassed.

I'm not gonna read it, I don't like autobiographies tbh. But I think those who are actually wishing death on him really need to re-evaluate their own lives.

The key difference being Bacon face killed millions through labor camps and famine whilst Stalin simply managed a football club ;)

He was a great manager but is a horrible twat though & is currently proving it. Just because he does some nice things in his life doesn't mean he's anything other than a shitbag. The way he is happy to drag all this out just to make himself an extra few quid is an example.

Jimmy Saville was a serial sex offender and all his kind actions pale into insignificance. To compare Fergie to Jimmy Saville is laughable.

Jimmy savile is dead and never went to trial. Seems people believe in presumption of guilt rather than innocence. If Savile was guilty then he would have deserved the death penalty, however he died before ever being convicted. Howeve taggart is still alive and i hope his corruption is brought to light.

Maybe, but that's why I'm here.

But it is also 100% proof that charitable actions are no indication of someone's true personality.

Loads of people who are utter arseholes do good deeds in their lifetimes, including imo, people such as Ferguson & Bobby Charlton, who I wouldn't piss on if he was on fire.

Settle the fuck down.

Cunt? Yes. Hate him? Check. Reading his book? Not on your fucking life.

Some people wondering why he isn't dead? Comparing him to a sex offender? Comparing him to Stalin?

Bang out of line.

I didn't actually compare him to a sex offender, I said that charitable actions are no indication of a person's character, Jimmy Saville being an example.

As for comparing him to Stalin: guilty as charged.

But now I'm really starting to worry that the two faced, bitter, lying, nasty, backstabbing, old cunt, may read this and be offended.

The bloke who has hijacked Slim's account has really made me sit back & consider my actions.

Right. I've considered it.

I hope Stalin or his family are not offended by my comments.

I thoroughly enjoy reading the bit about City winning the league being the lowest ebb of his managerial career and how gutted his wife was to the point that she didn’t want to come out of the house. I also enjoyed the same chapter in Rooneys book. Loved him being gutted about the Sunderland fans taking the piss.

I love football autobiographies and the airing of dirty laundry, whether that be Fergie or Lakey or anyone. I do enjoy reading about the things that go on behind closed doors that we are not party too. I look forward to the future books from our players about what really has gone on the last 4 or 5 years at City.
