If we keep fucking up at the back; badly.

But if we tighten up & win strings of games, then lose 1 occasionally, it will work out much better than being unbeaten by achieving gritty away draws.

If we win nothing again this season he'll be either gone or halfway out the door.

I just don't get the obvious contentment with pointing at him everytime we lose.

If mourinho, moyes and avb are being given a chance over the course of a full season, why not pellegrini?

Why start threads about him when we perform badly?

I am really confused about the way we play in "easy" games. I really blamed Mancini last year for this, the reason Scum won and we didn't is that they could play like shit, but still beat a team like Sunderland or Cardiff, we cannot. If you think how many points we have dropped this season and last in matches like this (dominated everywhere but score) it is sickening.

Also, was it me, or Micah's last 5 minutes were spent at striker and at the end of the match Milner was the one marking Altidore as the lone man at the back while Lescott and Dimiechils went up top? Strange, if that was the plan, why not go to a back 3, take Micah off instead of Negredo for Dzeko and leave Zabs on the bench. The question asked in another thread was essentially can we win the league still. The answer was, and still is, yes, but not if we cannot get results on the road and from relegation likely clubs.

I don’t think there will ever be another manager who will win 6-1 at Old Trafford against Ferguson. I was the first manager who, after 30 years, took the banner from Old Trafford. We won one Premier League, we won one FA Cup, one Charity Shield. For this reason, I am very popular with the supporters. I love them, they love me. I am very happy for this. If I leave the club, I will be the first supporter of Manchester City in the future.

Well i for one think today we got shafted by Mike Dean.It is clear as day that Milner was fouled by Bardsley. Also how he dosen't send off Larsson is baffling to say the least. An almost identical incident to the Milner/Bardsley one happened in the rags game with an Arsenal player doing the same as Bardsley to a rag defender and Oliver gave the foul on the rag.Personally i think Dean is a good ref but today he favoured the home team and just to prove my point he is inches away from Johnson when he falls over and handles the ball yet gives them a throw in.

I think we all know that with a proper refereeing performance, none of us would be starting negative threads about the manager.

It's been swept away though. ..

The pedigree we have in our squad we should not have the need to rely on silva or komps to brush aside teams like cardiff or sunderland.

This is true, but for several years now, when our top players get injured/suspended, we nosedive.

I don't think it's that simple. He played the last two games that we lost 1-0 to Sunderland I think.
And we've played may games like that with Silva in the squad.
We massively struggle against well organised sides with a gameplan away from home.
