Ted, whilst I don't think Garcia's inclusion did us any favours I actually think Yaya's "performance" hurt us more significantly. He was appalling today. Slow and lumbering and pretty awful passing, he just looked well off his game; which happens to everyone but today, minus Silva, was not the best time for it.

First half especially our passing was generally piss poor though and there were numerous culprits - Yaya, Milner, Garcia, Richards, Aguero all often had the touch of a rapist and passed terribly.

Sunderland defended really well, had the rub of the green and hassled the fuck out of us but the quality of players we have should not have made it so easy for them.

We were much better second half as others have said but honestly, all game, we just didn't create enough proper chances to put Sunderland out of the game.

Fucking frustrating that we cannot put a decent run of results together even. Like others though I don't even think Pellegrini can primarily be blamed for yesterday other than for selecting Garcia...the players let him/us down again yesterday and they should be embarrassed.
