I think as a City fan I do find it difficult without our club games but actually knowing we have no choice in the matter and these games are set in stone then I get on with it and try to enjoy the games.

Boycott international games is all we can do, it wouldn't happen though.

The last closed season was a good example, pointless friendlies in closed season when they could have played most of the qualifiers. There would still need to be internationals mid season but it seems currently that we have a couple every 5/6 bloody weeks.

I agree for normal breaks for international friendlies. But this time the break is mot about pointless friendlies, but about the final qualification games for the WC.

International football is dreadful these days, who really gives a shit. In most of Europe It's been replaced by strong domestic leagues and of course the champions league.
