WTF? He's been given special instructions for this one?

Webb: cuz they'll need a penalty for soldado to score ...

I think they'll score one on their own (or well, our defense will gift them), one they'll score courtesy of Webb or lino doing something, like not stopping the game when our guy is down or allowing an offside or hell even blatantly giving a penalty or something ... so we'll really need 3 to win this one, that's how I see it, and for my comfort we better score 4 just to be on the safe side and that usually means start with an early goal in first 15 mins, and then be 2-0 up by half time, anything else and it'll be a vey nervous game to watch ...

At last real football is back! Gutted its another game i cant get to but can at least watch this one :-)

Now sadly, i'm worries that yet another int break has disrupted our flow at home, we haven't had a chance to put our last away fuckup to bed and too long has passed. I suspect we may see a draw.

Will still lump on a huge £1 at 3-1 though ;-)

What the break should've given Pellers is time to look at where we are going wrong and putting things in place to fix it.

We've beat Spurs at home for the last 3 seasons and I'd suggest if we walk away with just 1 point we may as well start concentrating on the also rans rather than the Premier League title.

So with Newcastle winning, we have been pushed down to 9th ... a win is an absolute must tomorrow and even with a win maximum we'll get lifted up to is 4th (5th if the Scum later wins their game) ... and will still be 6 off the lead ... I can't get my head around how the fuck are we in this position?

God forbid if we are to lose or draw tomorrow ...

If we loose tomorrow, it's gone. At least that's what it would certainly feel like.

Annoying to think that we need to win just to keep in touch with Southampton, 6 points behind the Arse (lucky bastards) and still 2 behind th Dippers and Chavski.

9th!!!

1 Arsenal 12 14 28
2 Liverpool 12 11 24
3 Chelsea 12 11 24
4 Southampton 12 8 22
5 Everton 12 4 21
6 Man Utd 11 5 20
7 Tottenham 11 3 20
8 Newcastle 12 0 20
9 Man City 11 16 19

A look at where we sit in that table, 9th - with this squad - tells you what absolute folly any talk of a title challenge is.

If we dont win tomorrow, imagine the stick Mancini would have got had his first 12 games panned out the way Pellegrini's have.

So far its been sub-standard Im afraid and frankly not good enough.

When you see that newcastle team above us it's hard to see why people think pellegrini is doinga good job.

It's not really about Mancini mate but the annoying thing is that people have been saying all the other teams have been shit. What does that make us!
