Richards tonight just didn't seem to defend or attack and was like that in his previous game, I think the club has moved on and passed him by, as for the other players esp. Dzeko they are not right for our style of play

i thought Micah was better than the other defenders.

Kolarov & Garcia were causing all kinds of problems for the others, which led to a complete mess in the end, but I don't think Micah was a big factor in that. It was mainly the uncertainty caused by which of Lescott & Demichelis had to do Kolarov's job, as Garcia did fuck all to cover.

I watched Kolarov close up for 45 mins & have no fucking idea what he was doing. Nothing he did, seemed to make any sense whatsover. Neither forward nor back, just wandering around lost on the halfway, like a twelve year old kid.

i have missed Kola's bad game, but I was focused on Garcia, saw him strolling around number of times while Plzen were counter attacking, and he was our def mid last night for fucks sake...I just don't get what the Count sees in him, I just don't get it.

I hope Dzeko leaves in january, would be awesome if we could somehow swap him for Reus. But I do hope some of the bosnians stay on here hehe.

So against Bayern (the so called dead rubber) now ... will we go and actually play to win with a 3 goal margin? We need to better 3-1 they did to us to be on top of the group so a 3-0 or 4-1 or a 5-2 (likely, as they WILL score at least 2 at home) ...

Will we really go for it or the Yaya yellow to get him off this Bayern game and be available for last 16 was a clue that it's a 'not really' ...

Incentive is if we go second in the group, we will get one of Barca, Real, Atletico or PSG ... if we top the group we avoid these top 4 and get a Shaktar, Juve, Olympiacos/Benifica, Basel/Shalke, Dortmund/Napoli or Milan/Ajax ...

We have Southampton AWAY two days before Bayern game and Arsenal at home three days after that ... so perhaps it's safe to assume, we are already thinking of taking our chances against those big 4 in the last 16.

Not getting to the quarters and getting out in last 16 stage, just outside the group stage won't really be success CL wise ... but who knows maybe Bayern will play their kids in the 'dead rubber' ... but then they'd want to avoid a tough draw so early too.

Qualifying from the group stages for the first time ever is a success, anything after that is a bonus.

Couldn't care less who we get in the next round, we're capable of beating anyone on our day, that said I'm not that fussed if we're knocked out next round as long as we give a good account of ourselves.

I'd like Barca & if we get hammered, we get hammered. But ffs LEARN something.

Arsenal is a difficult game & is more important than Bayern. I recon Arse will hit us on the counter with pace & we will have to be sharp to stop it, even if we are dominating the game. Get our shit together & we will batter them, but they will play much better v us, than they did v the rags. They always do.

One final thing on last night - am I the only one who finds that Dimechelis picture, when they go through the teams on the screens at the stadium, really creepy?

It looks like his heads been stuck on Buster Phillips body and the face he is pulling on it is straight out of bloody Hogwarts.

The lowest ranking fuck scum for me, and all the way through. Fuck meeting one of the big boys, it won't matter how we play as the game will already have been choreographed by EUFA.

Only later have we a chance against the elite but in the meantime, bring on PSG. We don't stand a chance against the institution but at least we've got a chance of giving it a go.
