Given his age, ability, contract status and demand the Aguero linking stories if they are serious, need to be in the Bale bracket of £75m plus.

Please God he stays here for years. If we do sell I think a figure of £70m is fair. If they also take Garcia

Yep. Was actually quite excited when we bought him. Looked a good acquisition who could play a few roles well. Not unlike Milner but with a more defensive outlook. A natural progression on from GazBaz. His height at set pieces would be a bonus and he did score on debut at Stoke and but for a brilliant save by Begovic would have won it in last minute. Since then for whatever reason, not settled in country/northwest, family life poor, played out of favoured position, niggling injury, whatever it is, he has been poor. Very poor. As Ted has commented he may become a good Prem footballer in time. It appears it will not be with us though. For the record I'd like to see the lad turn the corner and show us what the Spanish coach and Mancini and Pellers see in him but how much time do we give? He has had more chances than Lescott or Rodwell and has come up short on nearly all of them

It's nice to know his value is going up by 4m every week.

Maybe it willbe different in the UK or RoI, but for me something is missing in the "Video & Audio" section of this page. Can any of you spot what it is?

I have often tried to watch the few interviews they do have with our manager but it always, and I mean always, goes off after less than a second. I haven't managed to watch a full interview yet. Perhaps they have decided he isn't that interesting and are trying to save my precious time, bless them.

I see ITV have nailed their true colours to the mast by totally ignoring our CL game against Bayern to show the rags against Shakhtar. They have not shown any of our Tuesday CL games but i think it will be the second time they have shown the rags.

He's just regurgitating the same bullshit he did between 2004/07 when all the gormless hacks were enthralled by his whit and intelligence.

Turns out he's just been repeating the same old bullshit year on year and now he's back over here doing exactly the same boring shite he did the first time round.

They are only interested in City managers if they think they can trip them up.

Apparently the Count volunteered an opinion on Joe Hart for openers the other day, then told them he wouldn't be answering anything else on the subject.

What else can they talk about ? City scoring goals ?

If they decide he's under pressure, he'll be on all the time.

AVB not my fav manager, however nice to see him dig out two cunts, It is how the wankers all start the pot stirring as the payback. Maybe a ban by Spurs would be enough of a statement even if he is close to losing his job, they are having a pop at the Mail on behalf of Arry the the two faced cunt. Notice how Moyes keeps his head of the block despite being Mid table. Nice to Everton beat them and us win tonight.

Seeing they're our sponsors and all, it's actually a bit annoying that the commercial for BT sports that gets showed before any video clip you watch on the website, will start with a free kick by Van Persie. I'm not much for measuring which teams get showed the most and etc, but this commercial is actually a bit annoying. At least add a City goal into the mix or something. Jeesh.
"I used to be 6 foot 2 with curly hair, look what it's done to me"

"In my career so far it's the most important goal. You score the goal in the last minute to win the title. You're not sure if that's ever going to happen in your career again. I wish I could tell you how I did it but I can't. I thought for all the world that Mario was going to have a go himself but he just moved it on one more and it fell at my feet and I just thought: 'Hit the target, hit it as hard as you can and hit the target.' And it went in."

Fuckin disgusting to not be shown once. Cant say i'm surprised. Still, it'll be nice knowing the rags went out watched by some of the 659million

Linekar on MotD. "why are City so poor away from home". Sky sports news. "City put their terrible away to bed tonight".
Is there no pundit who will actually come out and say we battered Villa & Sunderland and on another day would have won both comfortably. That we were unlucky to lose v Chelsea and but for 2 poorly defended set pieces we could've got something from Cardiff. We've not been outplayed yet. All the home games have been comfortable with no real threat of dropped points so chuck in an extra 7 we could/should have got in the away games and we would be top with the bookies already paying out.

It's a results business though isn't it........the pundits are paid to make a comment on a game they haven't seen, so they will also only take their view off the highlights package cut up for them by the producers an hour before they go on air. So the likes of motd will always comment primarily on the result rather than a good performance in defeat.

Fans of every club have this gripe with motd, as the pundits knowledge is not sufficient to draw a balanced opinion of every club and remember back every game. To be fair I struggle with remembering last weeks city game, let alone those of a dozen or more clubs
