No.
Talk about phony rapper.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

I'm satisfied.

We've been absolutely amazing at times and for some reason - even after the stupid away defeats I've still been confident that we're going to win the league, so not really getting down about it.

High's and Low's have always been what being a City fan is all about - it's just that these days the lows are no where near as low and the potential high's are as high as could be! - I'm happy with that.

t'is a crazy season in the prem so far, we were 9th....YES 9th before we kicked off on Sunday!! thats how mad things are at the moment.... I always used to say that things are usually shaping up by Christmas and we can see where th title challenges are coming from and where the relegation battles are...this season is a bit different. Certainly more exciting, its given the scouse 1 fans a new lease of bullshit, they actually believe they are contenders.

no, they think they are going the distance and will make some big buys in January! TBH if they are still in the mix during the transfer window, I can see some big money being spent by them to try and push for a CL spot. They wont win the league, and are a couple of injuries away from freefall IMO.

The only game we got hopped off was the bayern game. They are arguably the best team on the planet.

Other than that, we have been the best team v everyone we played including the current champions and mourinho's team on their own patch.

Highly satisfied with the manager's performances so far, aside from moving barry on and playing garcia at times he wasn't forced to.

Not so much satisfied with certain individuals, but that's not what this thread is about.

I love being a city fan again - it was difficult last season.

Same here. Got hardly any enjoyment out of last season at all.
This season has already provided far more entertainment.

There's only 4 points separating 2nd from 9th. Crazy.
Very weird season indeed. But one of the most enjoyable in a long time.

the man has been demonstrating some real man management skills.

nasri: looking world class after arguably on his way out
hart: benched after given his chance, yet never thrown under the bus either
negredo: the beast is very much on the lose in eastlands after starting the year on the bench
aguero: looking like he could be a top 5 player
dzeko: given a fair chance but benched, and starting to look like he is buying in more
panti: doing well in hart's place

he seems to have blent in the players to his schemes/system far sooner than the other big spenders: avp and mourinho (probably 2nd to pelligrini).

in general the team seems more harmonious. watch nasri and yaya celebrate their goals together. watch dzeko smiling even when not scoring when coming off the bench. do we hear a peep that he is unhappy?

rumour comes out hart will be put out on loan? pellers immediately shoots it down in public. he backs his team in public and keeps things in house. maybe the club is more concerned as well than they used to, but you don't get the sense that they are silent or hostile towards the media like we are now seeing with avp, even when we had some challenging situations to deal with, with some very tough, nearly inexplicable losses.

this occurring with the team clearly being weaker in depth at the back than we have been. part of it is his system, and yaya's/fernandinho's style, but we are still very dangerous, and i expect us to keep improving. get us another good cb with pace and we are going to be nearly unbeatable against most sides, and good enough to beat top sides in most situations, if healthy.

As frustrating as the away results have been I'm very satisfied with Pellegrini, at home we are playing the best football I think I've ever seen us play. I think we are playing better now than we were even at our peak in the title winning season.

You get the feeling that if we do manage to overtake Arsenal we'll be unstoppable from there. The team is more than capable. Even though its still early days though, the next 3 results could be season defining. If we can't win away and don't beat Arsenal the season might be a write off already, but win all 3 and we'd potentially be top and looking ominous.

Our forward play is irresistible and he deserves a lot of credit for that.

I'm becoming very satisfied. So much so that I could live without the title if the football is this entertaining. Obviously I want trophies and to be challenging, but I'll be damned if I've ever enjoyed 3 games as much as these last 3 league games.

Very pleasing on the eye - at home. Away its a different matter, a different team, and a different set of results so far.

If we lose at Wba and Southampton then zilch has been learned. Over to you Mr Pellegrini.

Ok, I promised to review my "very dissatisfied" vote once we were back in the top 2. If it wasn't for pesky Chelsea we would have been back there yesterday, unlike previous seasons we took advantage of other results going our way and beat a team that really did put up a battle at our home ground. Big respect to Swansea for giving it a go and new respect for Pellegrini who is now winning me over with the style of football we are playing at home. Am now in the satisfied camp but with 3 away games now to come we need to mintain this performance away from home for me to stay there.....

This month will tell a lot. December is jam packed with fixtures. I think it will be very telling if the engineer can rotate the squad putting out our best for certain games and giving them rest where he knows he can afford to.

Anyone know the status of everyone out? Silva, komps, nasti, jovetic? We're going to need all hands on deck for this run. Games every weekend and mid week.

Kompany is ready , Nasti missing for 2 more weeks and Silva/Jovetic both apparently possibles for the Bayern game.

Our third goal particularly impressed me yesterday. A ball down the line followed by the fullback looking up and picking out a team mate running into the box to slide in. It's exactly what some on here have been asking for for years. Rags always scored goals like that against us and we have always been particularly shite at it. So simple yet so effective. Clearly been working on it in training.
