First player to be sold in jan?

It's ridiculous how he got on in front of rodwell. Awful decision making.
With pelligrini playing him / bringing him on it worries me that he will survive this transfer window.

Maybe we're playing him to try & put him in shop window. What Pellers doesn't get is that it will put off prospective buyers due to him being poor

I thought he actually looked pretty solid tonight. Better than usual.

I understand it is a team game, but 3-0 lead Garcia comes on and 10 minutes later it is 3-2 and afterwe went to a more defensive tactic by bringing him on. Not sure how solid that could have been.

It really bugs me that this guy still plays for us. A colossal waste of money at 16m.

He wasn't any worse against West Brom than in other games - that is his standard.

His regular selection in the starting line-up, or squad even, is one of the major issues I have with Pellegrini at the moment. Garcia is NOT better than any of our midfielders, including Barry, or our defenders. He's just taking a squad number which could be better allocated.

The sad thing is, I think we're stuck with him as Pellegrini and Txiki seem to like him.

We can only hope that Garcia wants to leave to get regular first team football elsewhere...

Maybe Spaniards/Chileans think "holistic" means "ignoring the English players".

Comic relief.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

It was his defensive messed clearance that gave them the ball for the first goal. I really dont see what pellers sees in him. It was galling to hear the everton fans gushing about Barry last night. An almighty fuck up by city. We should swal garcia for barry in jan ;-)

Hmm, bet his passing stats were quite good.

My mate Demichelis though, however classy on the ball, made a whole loaf of bread out there defensively! Maybe we should be playing him instead of Garcia and Lescott at left CB?

The sooner Pellers wakes up and see's what we see in Garcia the better.

Its just the fact Garcia is so slow he cannot get near anyone to tackle, so the game just seems to pass him by.

Very worrying that he keeps getting a game though...........Pellers could regret it come the end of the season if he's not careful.

Can we start a fund to buy him out of his contract? Needs to be a clause that his Mrs stays here though!

Yeah, he's shit blah, blah, the thing I dislike about him the most is how he made Yaya leave his man in acres, how he stopped Demichelis being in line with everyone else in that instance and especially how he let Anichebe skin Demichelis. Shit, shit, blah, fucking blah.

I think you forgot to mention that he did not stop a ball he was no where near that he should have (obviously) before it went throgh Martins legs and before Alex kicked it onto Pants.

His best trick of all was how he made the whole team rest on it's laurels, that takes some doing.

Not a fan of Garcia but if anyone thinks he was at fault for that last ten minute collapse they are wrong. The entire team had switched off.

I really do not see the point of bringing him on when we a cruising though. 1-0 up and backs against the wall, fair enough. I would have much prefered Rodwell to get a decent run out or any other young player who would come on and run his socks off. There will be alot of home games this season that will be dead after 45 minutes. Guidetti for example, should have been given twenty minutes verses Spurs.

If you cannot blood young players in these games there is no point of having a development squad.
