I can appreciate the logic of his argument - currently the sanction for multiple yellows (over more than one match) gives a different team an advantage rather than the teams which were playing in opposition when the cards were picked up. Kind of hard to justify this with his previous comments about tradition though.

the sin bin alters behaviours and results in rugby, and as above the team that is "fouled" get the advantage. I'm for it, if they can get the detail sorted.
Other rugby laws have had mixed results.The advantage is only now being applied well (some of the time). The moving the free kick 10 yards was dropped which is a shame.
Never criticise a man until you've walked a mile in his shoes.
That way when you do criticise him you'll be a mile away.
And you'll have his shoes.

So Rooney wellies someone and gets 10 mins , and someone like Sergio makes a legit tackle like he did the other week when he was carded and he is sin binned for 10 mins too ... doesn't make it any better.

That's the other side of the coin - it gives dodgy refs too much power to alter results.

Totally disagree with you on this. I would deffo rather give one of the chumps lge spots to cup WINNERS instead of the one who finishes FOURTH.
