who do we fear the others will buy?

Centre back and centre mid please.Raphael Varane would be the answer in defence and Paul Pogba or Arturo Vidal to strengthen the midfield.Would also like another left back.Gael not playing well and Kolarov knows nowt about defending.

You don't want much do you ^

Sadly there is fuck all chance that we'll get any of them unless we wanna depart about £50m each...even then they'd probably not come.

We very definitely require a quality centre back. Also a left back.
Dzeko can go ; although he shows a fine scoring ratio, he just looks lazy, sulky and disinterested too much of the time.
Garcia can also go. Rodwell I would retain until June - then review.

We must also use this as an opportunity to mess up our rivals' plans by showing/feigning interest (however false) in some of their targets , in order to drive up prices and mess with peoples heads .

I hadn't thought about the January transfer window at all, I actually don't think we'll make any changes. I think the only obvious change would be to bring in another center back, but it might not be too easy in the middle of the season.

We don't need to sign more players anyway, we are good enough as it is.

Our left backs are no worse than our right backs. Not any better either. Which side of the field did soton's equaliser come from ? Riberys? The Silly goals have come down the middle .

I don't understand why the left side is always seen to be the weaker side . Much of our play comes from the left too, especially with Samir in such fine form

Agree with tesl - though we're crying out for a cb i think its unlikely we'll get anyone world class in jan - the only way i can see it happen is if we can pursuade someone to take lescott & cash
Nasti will be back by then too i hope

they always have a look out for non cup tied players and I seriously hope we dont go anywhere near Anfield for a defender, they are ALL shocking IMO. I was really happy when Agger didn't arrive last season.

I'd be very surprised if we do any business in, the only out i can see is lescott out if the club can shift him cos its clear he wont get a look in. Guidetti will prob get a loan move but that will be it i think.
derby day the scores were level,
then the goat was fed by neville,
silly boy should know for sure,
