Not a confident line up for me.

These players have not had a lot of game time together and to put them together against a team like Bayern is asking for trouble.

I can only see us sitting deep and trying to score on the counter through Navas, Silva and dare I say it, Dzeko.

Could be a big score this unless Bayern send out an under-strength side out as well.

Fist time I think I've ever said this before a game... but with the team we put out, it looks like we're going to get demolished. Away at Bayern with that line up, fuck me...

Please prove me wrong City. Hopefully Dzeko has something to prove and is fired up to be back in Germany.

COME ON CITY!!

Big test for Head and Shoulders tonight, hope he has a good performance.

I can't say im thrilled at the prospect of Garcia in midfield tonight i had hoped that Rodwell would get some game time but he is on the bench.Still no sign of Jovetic in the squad.

Kolarov as captain again is certainly a strange one.

Obviously I hope he doesn't get injured but I expected him to play today. City need to learn something today about how to play such quality and I feel it's important that our best holding midfield player is involved at the centre of that learning.Maybe also he will stay on all game depending on how it goes.

What chance of Edin surprising us all and scoring and being MotM?

That's exactly how we should play against Bayern even with "full " team

Bayern playing with their strongest 11, with the exception of injured Robben and Schweinsteiger.

He's still injured. I hope the long time out is being over cautious and helping him recover from overplaying at Fiorentina. Very eager to see him play when he comes back

Agree. Last game we got picked to pieces because we were a man (or two) short in midfield. We look to have lined up in the correct formation, I'm just nervous about the players in there. But always open to good surprises!

He will be like a brand new signing, with his being out for so long.
