He should be. He shut them down second half.

He certainly did mate that's the best 45 mins he has played for us since he signed.Don't know if anyone else noticed but he fucked up a pass late on in the first half and he really gave himself a bollocking. He might have thought either buck up or fuck off whatever it was it seemed to work.

Milner worked his arse off, but more importantly out one on a plate for silva, won the peno and scored the winner. What more can he do from midfield?

Zabba nullified their most dangerous player and third best in the world. Quality stuff and worth a vote for me. Completely changed the game when he came on.

Fernandinho for me. He was brilliant. Breaking up play, starting attacks, always available. Very good performance indeed.
Milner had a very good game as well, would've deffo got a mention even without his goal. Which btw was very well taken.
And Zabba. After iffy first five minutes had Ribery in his pocket all game, and overall had his best game of the season.

Silva for me.Just so good to have the magician back.Scored the first, neat pass to set Milner in the box for his pen and then broke with the ball from the middle for the pass to the right for the cross that went to Milner. He is a class act and on his first game back from injury.
But as there were 2 votes Milner got one as well as he was excellent as well and added a goal and 2 assists to his usual fantastic workrate

Milner for me. Still astounds me that people doubt his quality. He has put in so many immense performances like that in his time with us, but I think he'll look back on last night as one of his career highlights. Scoring the winner away to Bayern in the Champions League - doesn't get much better than that!
As others have mentioned though, both Fernandinho and Silva had excellent games.
The players should be well up for Arsenal on Saturday now!
