Típico
"I used to be 6 foot 2 with curly hair, look what it's done to me"

"In my career so far it's the most important goal. You score the goal in the last minute to win the title. You're not sure if that's ever going to happen in your career again. I wish I could tell you how I did it but I can't. I thought for all the world that Mario was going to have a go himself but he just moved it on one more and it fell at my feet and I just thought: 'Hit the target, hit it as hard as you can and hit the target.' And it went in."

If Typical Pellegrini is beating Bayern away from home with a weakened side, I'll settle for it.

It's typical though isn't it. How do you go from completely pedestrian performance against Southampton to this? This was actually the original point lf this topic.

Why can't he find any sort of consistency? I've yet to see one reasonable answer in this topic.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

In all honesty mate the same applies to every manager and team around the world. Show me a team that doesn't have ups and downs?

What are you talking about ? Consistency ? Since the Sunderland game it's been win win win etc with only one drawn game. That is about as consistant as it can get.. In all of those games including the games City have lost we've played good atttactive football consistently.

You thought we played good attractive football at Southampton?

Ok, I give up then.

Wait, are Bayern Munich top of the table? Did they win their Champion's League group (albeit undeservedly considering their goals last night)? Are Chelsea above us in league table? Are we ourselves fourth in the table? What? Hang on, answer to all those questions is yes.

We were fucking great last night and I agree that there has been improvement on our away form although we nearly dropped two points at WBA and played shit at Southampton. So I will leave this topic to be for a while and see if Pellegrini really has found some consistency. Let's all hope he has, eh?

Suppose you hit it off with a stunner; how long would you say you wait before becoming exasperated that previous dates were below average?

Why? Maybe because we are less than 1/2 a season into Peller's time @ City!!!!! FFS give the defense and team time to set in.

We've played consistent (well as consistent as you can in this unpredictable sport) attacking football all season. Remember that there is another team trying to stop us being consistent each game. Sometimes they are more effective than others. It's called team sports.

On the other hand, you've been consistently hyperbolic and negative. Free your mind from the Mancini chains and step into the present for once.
