Honestly WTF are you talking about,, he was played out of position and our best player by a mile when we went to 3 in midfield...you are so clueless

True but he's still no where near as good as he was last season. Who hasn't gone backwards though? (except de Jong)

So his touch was wonderful tonight was it ? His confidence is totally shot - you should think before calling people clueless mate

spot on mate.

possibly even missed bridge tonight. maybe even lescott.

Very much. Once again we didn't have a settled back 4, and couldn't field our usual midfield. Spurs are hard enough to beat at the best of times, and I just wish that we could play our best 11 rather than our best available.

PS. Just gone back and noticed that you are talking to yourself. That's a sign of a true blue ;-)

What Lennon did to Sylvinho cant be legal.

Get him in the team over Bridge were the cries,Shaun is having a bad season they shouted,Lescott isnt worth the cash they told,Zabaleta gives away too much they called.

Guess what?

They are all out and we was shit.

I'd agree bridge would have helped this evening, maybe SWP would have hit the target with an effort but do you really think Lescott and Zabba would have made much difference? All 11 of them played like fucktards tonight LAHAD, it was a total arse kicking by Spurs who looked quicker, hiungrier and far more incisive in every area of the field.

Yes the team was poor,i was merely pointing out that these players have been drilled to unreasonable levels and when they dont play we see what they add to the team.I also would like to point out that Zabba has more fight in his little finger than that whole back four and yes so does Lescott aswell.
Oh and for the record that will happen to Sylvinho week in week out against nippy wingers, the guy is ancient.

If a 3-0 hammering is what you call a narrow defeat what do you call a 1-0 defeat? How you can actually take ANY positives out of tonight and remain optimistic about the future under Hughes is beyond me.

"under hughes"??

i don't think you read the rest??

again - for the record...

I don't watch what was MY TEAM coz they have a lot of money and should be doing better coz of it. i watch my team coz i love em. i have opinions - sure. i thought joe royle was a fucking god at one point. i hate all this "we are shite" coz we lost a match. to a better team on the night. i don't think i've witnessed such an outpouring of bollocks for years. there chances went in and ours didn't.

i don't want to turn into a club that thinks they should win every week. like the red people over there.

but i think money made it happen anyway.

I've got the hots for you and want to touch you repeatedly. Great post.

Star striker and team captain .... what a fucking joke.

It's not like the others did better yesterday...what really worries me is not the defeat, not even the hammering we got. That can happen once ina while, after all this is the first defeat after the derby and we know we shouldn't have lost that game. What worries me is that every single one of us could see we lacked width after 15 minutes, and that Lennon was ripping Sylvinho apart, but Hughes who is supposed to be the manager and gets paid to do it, couldn't understand that and try to fix the problem. If we are staying with him to the end of the season (and in a way I hope we do, because I doubt Mourinho will become available before then. I think Jose is exactly the kind of manager we need, he has no fear of giving players a real bollocking when they deserve one, and our players have deserved one more often than not this season) we have to hope we don't need to change plan during a game, because we can't count on Hughes to do it.
