This Weeks Other Games - 14 & 15 Dec 13

Postby Beefymcfc » Sat Dec 14, 2013 3:34 pm

In all the excitement we must've forgotten there was other games on.

Today

Cardiff 0 - 0 West Brom L
Chelsea 1 - 1 Crystal Palace L
Everton 1 - 0 Fulham L
Newcastle 1 - 0 Southampton L
West Ham 0 - 0 Sunderland L
Hull v Stoke 17:30

Tomorrow

Aston Villa v Man Utd 13:30
Norwich v Swansea 13:30
Tottenham v Liverpool 16:00

Good to see Palace draw it level.

2-1 to Chelsea now.
So this is how it feels to be City,
This is what it means to stand tall,
This is how it feels when our club has no debt at all.

Yeah, except for our match, today is rubbish.

But well its still only 2-1 for Chelsea, theres always the possibility of Palace nicking a draw unless Chelsea can kill the game off soon (which they probably will).

Tomorrow is a bit more interesting. I don't care too much about the results but Liverpool Spurs should be an interesting game to watch. I think I want Spurs to win.

Not game related but couldn't be arsed starting a new thread:

A worker has died after falling from the roof of the Amazon stadium where England open their 2014 World Cup campaign. The BBC News website will have more details as they emerge.

It was always penned in that Chelsea would beat Palace and if they lose points it's a bit of a Brucie.

Saints just levelled as well. Be happy for draws all-round, gives us another 2 point gain on those in and around the top.

Real 2-1 down at Osasuna with 15 mins to go diving and cheating all over the place.

As i write, the ref just gives a red card to the osasuna left back and madrid equalise from the following dubious free kick.!

One off dippers & spuds will lose points tomorrow as well. Expected Chelsea to win so no disappointment there but Arse v Chelsea next week will be tasty. More dropped points. Table taking shape now

On the evidence of that game, I'd buy a Crystal Palace season ticket before I attended a game at the Bridge under Jose. An insipid, attritional slog AT HOME against (on paper) the worst team in the league. I wanted to gouge my eyes out.

Absolutely galling they are above us in the table.

Their fans have been a real eye-opener for the Premier League. They are here to enjoy it, no matter what.

Chelsea are turgid but will always pick up points due to the quality of their squad. Maureen is a cock though and I's hate to see him anywhere near our club.
