We can win it this season, we can do it. Bayern was a turning point for us away.
So this is how it feels to be City,
This is what it means to stand tall,
This is how it feels when our club has no debt at all.

There's some right fucking girls in here. The Poll is an ongoing thing and with Blues probably not even having chance to login, all the ex-foamers are up in arms.

Just like the team, give it a chance.

As for me, hugely/massively/impressively satisfied at the moment. Keep the same going for Leicester, Fulham and the Dippers and I reckon we'll be in all the cups and top of the league.

I don't believe for a second that Blue's want Pellers to fail. There are probably a few who would say 'I told you so' if he did, but wanting us to fail rather than having an opinion of him failing are two quite different things.

If they did want that, they aren't really Blue's.

Unfortunately, there are agendas afoot (as there always has been on here) and certain posters are so engaged in their agendas that city seem to come second.

OT - we are witnessing potentially the best brand of football ever seen in the league.

I love this guy's style.

There maybe an agenda but that's driven by ego more than anything to do with City, just like those who are 'Telling them so' now.

Anyway, great football with just a tinge of dissatisfaction with regard to our goals against.

If we keep up our current form, winning at home and averaging 2 points per game away, I reckon we'll be top by the New Year and gradually move away from the pack. This is the period where the teams with the lesser squads begin to struggle and the Christmas period finds them out. They may come strong come February but it will be too late by then. We'll be even stronger.

I don't agree with that at all.

Those that are fully behind the team and Manager and join in the debates win, lose or draw hold city closer to their heart than any agenda.

Of course you gloat when you win. Who in their right mind would gloat when we lose...

We are looking so good right now that it will be a travesty if we don't go on to win the league this season. This is the most confident I've felt about all this season, which is normally the time we go and play awful and lose ....... but I think we may have finally turned that corner and I fully expect us to beat Fulham next weekend.

I was reading the RAWK thread on our game and they are terrified of coming to the Etihad on boxing day. Can't blame them either.

That said Liverpool always play well against us and I can see them giving us a really good game, Suarez could cause some damage against our shakey defense. Though comparing Yaya and Fernandinho to Lucas and Allen ... one would hope we can control the midfield there :)

I'm going to upgrade to satisfied. Today was fabtastic reault and attacking performance even if ww were pretty poor defending.

All Pellegrini needs to do is to figure out the defending bit and we will be force not only in league but in Europe.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

To be fait it could've been 6-5 as I thought they scored two legit goals that were flagged offside but yeah, score six and you don't need to defend much.

I thought they were both offside. If it's Arsenal they were close and could've/should've been given but if it's us then it's an excellent decision by the referee.

These decisions take me back to the Kolarov debate where it was found the lino was perfectly correct because Kolarov's toe was found to be offside. In this case there was clear sight of the attacker, unlike an orange booted toe.

Nothing against you mate but if we'd have taken our chances, and there were many (22 I think), then it could've been 12 - 6.

I know you're enjoying it mate, just go with the flow man ;-)

Great performance and the way we play (at home) is exceptional. Very much on the upgrade and if Pellers can work out a way to play away from home we will piss this league despite all the "experts" saying it will be the most open Prem ever.

How can anybody not be loving this season? The style of football I have craved from this squad, and then some. By this stage last season we only had the FA Cup left to play for. Everything else had been fucked up and we were boring the football world to death. This season we are still favourites for the title, in Europe (our coefficient should be repaired even if we get no further) it's exciting. All four pots are up for grabs. Add in the fact that the rest of football is watching us now, saying, "wow" and that most of us(if not all) have never seen football like this, it would be remarkable to still hanker after the former manager.
And the away record is pretty good and improving, wins ar West Ham, Newcastle, West Brom, Cska, Bayern and a point at Soton, not forgetting playing Chelsea off the park but getting nowt all point to better times on the road. The Sunderland thing in the middle of that lot was atypical.
Three away wins in Europe too. All this done, mainly without our talisman and leader on the park
At home feeling robbed if we only get three, and arseholing filth, Spurs and Arse is a truly remarkable effort.
What is not to like?
This is how football should look.
Very satisfied. Going to the game is a pleasure again.

I'm absolutely loving this season. Last season was fucking awful and I just wanted it to end from December onwards.

I'd echo what Pol Roger says above in that bar a couple of anomalous results we've largely been unlucky rather than shite on our travels when we've lost.

Yaya and Fernandinho's increasingly strong understanding and Vinnie's return should help us tighten that up and I do not see any reason why we shouldn't end this season with at least one trophy but hopefully more.

We are just incredible to watch....if we keep this up then we will end up being the team that "neutrals" and football fans will enjoy watching (when we're not playing them). It's fantastic stuff.

I'm really satisfied currently
