Had a fantastic day today, really enjoyed the game, apart from losing my voice. Also had a fiver on City to win 4-2 at 50/1, so up to 87 minutes I was thrilled. Still I will take seeing six goals at home any day of the week.

Why ?? What happened to your other four ??

You saying I'm a Potter?

Oh heck, you've got me worried now.

If twelve fingers aren't normal, I've got big problems.

Gutted for you fella. Still, it's only money and you don't score against league leaders very often!

Actually, thinking about it, wonder when the last time the league leaders conceded 6 goals?

Ferna imperious, Silva at his magical best, Ya Ya recovered well from his earlier gaffe, Nasri positive in all he did and Kompany holding up the back end sufficiently enough.

A marker was laid down. More of the same please City.

It was so nearly against us at the swamp, October 2011, but I think we had actually taken over as leaders the week before the 6-1. Someone will probably correct me....

That's no exaggeration.

Maybe so, but according to arsene wanker, we are no better than soton or blue dippers: "They were not unbeatable. They are one of the teams with a chance, of course, but I would not say they are the best team we have played this season. Everton were as good as Man City, and so were Southampton."

I can feel his pain.

I'm in Austria on Holiday, and judging by the commentator on SS Germany, he was jazzing his undies at the performance!

I'm annoyed with Didi Hamman who blamed pants for goals 1&2 on twitter, and told Joe to get warmed up for next week!

See further up the thread and the work MOIST is used :-)

Pants pulled off some cracking saves today - Joe's going to find it hard to get back in the side.

Hamman is turning into a real cock, its the bitter, deluded scouse coming out in him.

The ball did bounce twice before crossing the line it was that weak and Pants didn't even move. The commentators went on about how he was unsighted, but his movement didn't anticipate the only place the ball could have gone and so it trickled in as he watched.

Mystifying - he could've taken two steps to his left and caught it at strolling pace. That with a couple of lousy punches (that should've been caught) makes me agree with Didi now.

And those lobs (Arsenal and Saints) - isn't he trying to save them with the wrong hand?

I believe Jack Wilshire has a spare one going.

You beat me to it, I was going to say Wilshere could give him one.

I thought he looked quite dodgy to me. One punch in the first half was right in front of me and I could have caught it - seriously, there was little pace and I was in line with the flight of the ball and it wasn't moving.

Whilst he wasn't at fault for the first goal, I can't believe he didn't at least try and stop it, although the same could be said for Munich's the other night when Hart stood there, although it was a bit quicker.

Problem is, if I'm Hart, I'd think I was better than that and should be back in. If I was Pants, whilst it wasn't a great display, I wouldn't think it was bad enough for me to be dropped. Some man management issues for Pellegrini to resolve
