Why Do So Many Of Our Players Get Muscle Injuries?

Postby King Kev » Tue Dec 17, 2013 8:16 pm

Silva, Kompany, Aguero, Jovetic, Rodwell, Nastasic and Richards so far this season.

This has to be down to more than just bad luck!

Rodwell, Rodwell, Kompany and Richards are injured all the time anyway so I don't think you can make any conclusions of their injuries.

So it's just Silva, Kun and Nastasic then. Is it really that bad?

Your right leg I like; I've got nothing against your right leg. The trouble is neither have you.

Yes. This is an extremely physical sport, and what are you going to injure? Muscles, ligaments, tendons, bones.

Pretty easy to understand..."why" i think.

But we don't normally have so much of a problem, and other teams don't seem to have as many.

It's a bit 'out there' but could it be something to do with poor training, preparation and recovery?

part of it could be that our manager isn't forcing them to play when partially injured or still recovering

Could be mate and it's the usual reason. Remember Vinnie's comments on our tiring preparation before the preseason friendly against Arsenal. This could also have something to do with it.
