Didn't look at the other score after Chelsea went in front. Hope we don't get Sunderland, away!

It's two legs, I'd be more than happy. Our players will be up for that nearly as much as scum after recent results.

I was being a little sarcastic mate ;-)

Don't mind who we get now, I'm very confident we can do any of the teams left.

he was decent. Not "great" but pretty decent. Some daft shooting at times, but...whatever. That's the kind of match you'll fancy a goal in if yr him i'd guess.

Would like the scum to win tomorrow just to give them a few extra games.

I have the feeling they will be kept in the competition one way or another and we will meet them in the final just to drum up a bit of interest in the league cup for once.

Strangely, and the reason I've not started a MotM thread, nobody has mentioned Dzeko's contribution to tonights game.

2 goals and no pat on the back yet Milner gets it for the assists?

Couldnt see a stream due to technical issues (lost my lappy power adapter!) so catching the highlights.

First half he's been brilliant. Milner is inspirational too!

Ok from the highlights, Milner was everything tonight.

Excellent performance throughout the team too and done pretty much at a canter.

Milner didn't just provide two assists, he put them on a gold guilted plate for Dzeko, who played well and also worked hard, but would have had to be blind drunk to miss them.

Was out tonight but got in just before 11 when the highlights started and I had no idea of the score.

Only problem is the telly is bust and all I can get is some stupid message about no signal on SKY. 90 minutes of trying to sort it and I'm off to bed.

He's in good form at the moment and deserves to start out wide for Nasri, who should be moved inside to cover Aguero.

i'm still blaming dzeko for zabba's injury ... that pass wasn't even the right decision as he had runs on the left and he knew that zabba would chase a lost cause. He did it on purpose, and shifting milner to right back must effect his situ in the matchday lineup in someway. I haven't quite figured it out yet, but oh! he's a devious one!

And I blame you for Zabba injury, for having so high expectations on Zaba that he got injured in the process of delivering

I had a very good river and I agree with the above, but I can also tell you that Kompany was awful and Lescott even worse. Anyone asking for Lescott instead of Demichelis again is clearly drunk or insane.

Teletext didn't see it either as they said it was a superb performance. It wasn't.

Silva was pure class. After he came off we just missed him. Best footballer in this team.

Top support from all who went last night, that corner was bouncing, literally.

The Leicester support was absolutely appalling. For what was a sell out crowd, there was a distinct lack of noise from them
"If we fire our manager after just one bad season - We'll become Chelsea"
"If we think we can fix the problem by buying expensive players - We'll become City"
"If we remember the good times to entertain us during the bad times - We'll become Liverpool"

So, keep calm and do it the United way

Have we actually played Leicester more times than anyone in the last 50 years in cups? We always seem to draw them.

What an atomosphere!! As soon as we walked in, the whole ground was buzzing. Yes, it was literally shaking at times! From what I saw, Rodwell was class. Putting tackles in, driving forward with the ball, just seemed to be everywhere.
Dzeko was just Dzeko, not great but scores goals. Milner was everywhere too

Absolutely, for a second I was worried when the stand below our feet literally started shaking ... and the best was when the Leicester lot on to our left started with drums and all when their goal went in and we replied to that with the largest Poznan in recent times ... now THAT really shook it.

Was a large Poznan, something which we never see anyore. Amazing atmosphere all the way through. Well done to all who attended

Apart from the one guy who stood next to me with his hands in his pockets for the entire match and didn't mutter a single word, and refused to do the Poznan
