I really don't see the problem . As long as we create good chances the players will score goals. This squad is more than capable of playing great footy. It will continue on saturday. Three points a must, to bury this 'poor away pl form' that the media believe .

Play Dzeko in all the Away games ... and keep Negredo for Home games ...

1. This will keep Dzonkey happy and give him some game time.
2. Will save the Beast for Home games and keep our home momentum going.
3. If we lose away, we'll have a target guy up front to blame it all on.

Jokes apart ... I say this because Dzeko has 3 goals at Home, and 6 goals Away this season; Negredo has 11 at home vs. only 2 goals away this season ...

So why not?

What they won't say is that from our last 4 away games we have won 3 and drawn 1. Including beating the european champions.

My bet is Negredo to start vs Fulham, replaced by Dzeko after 70 mins, Negredo vs Liverpool, Dzeko vs Palace.

I would put it that we have plenty of ability to cope - Aguero went off at 1-0 on Saturday - the front 4 will still be it's aggressive fluid self. Options are:

Moving Nasri forward
Just Negredo up front with Navas or Milner in with Silva and Nasri
Dzeko - who looked a mite happier last night
Jovetic
Guidetti

I dont want to criticise the Serge-man but his conversion rate is poor among top strikers and I have no doubt we'll continue to bang them in!

don't go to that other site.

If Jimmy is going to fill in at right back then it's Navas on the right with Nasri taking on Aguero's role. I don't want the Beasty boy and Edin together. My second preference is to play Yaya behind the Beast with Rodwell taking Yaya's role and keep Nasri wider.

More game time for Milner and Dzeko . Negredo to the fore but must be looked after by Pellegrini , if he gets injured were in trouble short term. Let's hope Lady Luck shines and we have a fully fit squad come the business end of the season .
Not really here

Milner is playing superb and deserves chance as everybody has already pointed out.

Trying out 5 midfield before barca is not a bad shout. We will be sticking to the 4 midfield and two strikers unless Pellegrini things we might be over run in midfield in premier league, which I dont see happening, also count might not want to make too many changes from his preferred formation.

Edin and Jovetic might get more chances, unless they do really bad then Nasri/Yaya/Silva might play behind Negredo.

I'm not sure a morning after pill is the answer.

It's often been said you need 4 (at least) good strikers to win big trophies, for reasons such as this injury.

It's time for Dzeko, the Beast and the phantom to step up!
