Should have been Kompany

Both should have been there.

out played, their pace and movement has been a lot better. We had some great chances but made a mess of them, just missing someone to pull players away to make space through the midle.

Well that was coming for a while. We are defensively inept and can't rely on ourselves to keep a clean sheet to save our lives. Sure it wasn't a legit goal but that was coming for a while with the offside trap bollox.

Milner on for yaya at HT for me.

A serious question: How does Nastasic get picked over Lescott because I am fucked if I can see why.

Slightly offside but I'm not going to complain about that, you win some and lose some and we've had mostly favourable decisions lately.

We looked good the first half hour but Swansea were all over us the last 15. Not really sure what they changed but they took over midfield completely. Hopefully we can sort it out in the second half.

It's a very slow paced game for us with Swansea seemingly having all the energy and 1-1 is not a bad score by all means, but should it be. Again, Boni was clearly offside and it shouldn't have stood. It's funny how Smith said in commentary that the first offside was unlucky for him yet he was half a yard off. What are the rules to offside these days, 'It's OK to be off as long as it suits us'?

We need to get some energy and a few players need to sort out their away form. Yaya is giving the ball away too much (doesn't he realise that Swansea will press him) and Negredo looks like he left his boots on the bus. These are 2 big players for us and we need them playing well to win the game.

Going back to their goal, I noticed that Nasti got dragged out and stayed there leaving Komp's and Zab's to come across and cover. Boni then, already in an offside position, splits them both as Vinnie comes leaving him free with the header.

Need to pick it up in the 2nd half and start playing to our ability instead of trying to get a rest every 2 seconds. This is actually what I expected from this game so far so it's down to the players to prove we've got that fortitude to do it when it counts.

Come One City!!!

We should use a 5 man midfield against teams like these.

What Swansea have actually produced in this game should be food & drink to us at both ends. They are wide open at the back & fuck all up front. We are just failling to do our job. This is easy if we start playing.

Need milner on for yaya or one of the strikers. Dzeko has been better but Neggers plays better when the donkey isn't there.

Agree Ya Ya been poor but Ferni not doing the business today either. And Nasri supposed to be left mid but coming across all the time and leaving our left side wide open.

I'm still astonished at how poor Dzeko's technique is from to time. An easy chance thrown away by bad basic ball control. Kolarov laid it on a plate for him. I was worried about our left flank from the start. Navas is covering on the right flank very well but Kolarov's style of play demands proper cover and Nasri doesn't provide it. Milner would. Still with Silva suspended I can see why Nasri was picked; Pellegrini wanted his creativity.

Milner has goals and assists this season from limited time on the pitch. He is creative too, maybe his massive jaw makes people think he's all work and no brains.

Nasti looked really comfortable on the ball there when he gave the ball away. I'm glad hes playing instead of that muppet Lescott who would have just passed it sideways instead.
