Well done Walcott getting them stretcher lads bombard with coins. Modern day footballers really don't have a lot going on upstairs do they.

What?

Walcott didn't throw coins at the medical staff, brain dead football fans did. How can you possibly say it was his fault?

Would they have done it Theo had not wound them up? Probably not so Walcott probably made it happen by being an idiot.

I recall Ade being done for inciting the crowd so maybe Theo will. Or maybe not.

It would seem you need to be a mard-arse to play for Arsenal.

Who cares? Five thousand people giving him shit fair play to him for having a go back.

To say that Walcott had the fans throw coins is fucking ludicrous, quite frankly. Football fans aren't supposed to be reactionary fucking chimps they're supposed to be humans with functioning brains. Throwing coins at people is fucking low no matter how much shit someone gives you. Surprised you're of this mindset to be honest.

Very true. It's an emotional thing and to goad fans like that was stupidity of the highest order. Players have a responsibility and although I don't personally mind players giving a bit back, there is a time and place for that sort of thing.

There is also some rule against players who act in a way that may incite the crowd. I think Walcott could be in trouble on that basis.

Throwing coins at someone is not right but FFS these people get paid tens or hundreds of thousands of pounds PER WEEK. I can understand it can be frustrating but seriously I would imagine you could take some verbal abuse for that money.

Not that I personally mind. Imo you give some you take some, that's how it goes really or should go but these days it has become ridiculous from every point of view: People who give shit to someone can't stand it when they get some back. FA or even bloody MPs or police in some cases are called upon over nothing.

But, as the situation is what it is, players should know for better or face the consequences.

I know this is a bit off topic (mmmm, now that's a nice bar of chocolate) but what happened to that Lalana thing? By all accounts it's OK for him to give it to the ref's but when they give it him back then he cries like a little girl!

First time I heard about it Was without the details, and i naturally thought 'tut tut naughty clatters' but then I read what he had actually said and Lalana should be fucking embarrassed to even be remotely 'upset' by that - what a fucking moron that player must really be, either that or a pretentious prick which proves correct what Clatters actually said!

For Saints to also be up in arms shows the mentality of the football world - the more we hear and see about footballers doing moronic stuff, cheating, moaning about childish shit, match fixing and to top it all off having thick fucks like Greg Dyke in charge of the FA, Blatter and Platini steering world and European football into the rocks, makes you wonder when the bubble is going to burst and football consumes its self (if it hasn't already started to do so!)

Was Walcott's inciting the fans any worse than Ade the other year? The vile chants he had to endure that day I think running the length of the pitch to celebrate was acceptable. The press on the other hand went mental over it and never mentioned the fans behaviour or the chucking if stuff in the pitch.

I bet it's Tottenham who get a chastised this time rather than the player, what with him being English playing for the champions elect....
