Alan Brazil then slurred his way through waxing lyrical about how good Negredo is.
I feel like they're lulling us into a false sense of security before the story this weekend that Aguero's not really injured, he's refusing to play as he wants to join the rags and play for them for free as he was a boyhood fan

Must admit, I know the opposition were naff, but the other night some of the football had me gasping!

The likes of Oliver Holt have been almost pro City. It's because we are playing great football. The media love to watch great football, even if it comes from City. If we keep it going over time, we will become a bit of a 2nd favourite with many fans too.
A lot of resentment inside the game at the moment though, from ex players etc. Most of the comments I referred to on the other thread about not getting credit, are from people within the football industry. Every time we batter somebody, there will be one of their ex players plus a rag or scouser on tv to talk about it.
One or two journos who were very much anti City are being charmed into submission though.

Some of these fans don't post much anymore.......which is nice.
On a personal note , I have never ever seen City play like this on a consistent basis , in fact , I don't think I have seen us play like this ever..it was all tikki takka before and predictable and nothing like what we are witnessing now.
Loving it.

I think City are very much under the radar with the press which is the way the board want it. Let all the other managers hog the limelight. Big Sam will probably get the shove soon meaning that sack talk should fall back on gollum (its irrelevant if he will go or not - its good to watch). Of course putting Barca out of the CL may escalate things but then ambitions are high and consistent success means more press focus.
