The view from the Away End

Image

Loads of comments about this game from the away end this week. Problem is they are all over the place. I expected more talk about the new manager, and maybe a little bit of confidence from that, but I don't really see it, in fact they hardly mention him at all. Having said that, past results against us are giving them a little inspiration. Usually I try to get in the mindset that three points are enough, but these comment make me want a cricket score tomorrow. COME ON CITY

Team Selection

Campbell
Bellamy Noone
Mutch
Medel Eikrem
John KTC
Hudson Gaulker
Marshall

My Favourite

Alternative tactics for Man City - Glue in the dressing room lock

And the rest…

We'll win. City will see Solskjær and think 'Oh shit, he's back' and they'll go into a shell like a bunch of broken men.

Im going for a 5-0 man city win sadly as i can see us being well out of are depth with our squad vs theres in there back yard, even though we beat them at home we could of took a hiding if they put a few more of there 20+ chances away. As long as we have a go at least as we are not expecting anything on paper to be honest

Dont worry about the score ...enjoy the day....another premiership game...anything we get is a bonus

Man City 5-1 Cardiff City.

8.0

3 - 3
An all out attacking style will surprise them.

4-1 man city

don't often remember dreams i have due to drug abuse as a youngster but........i had a vivid dream the other night that we beat Man city 2-1

Can see us getting a result again Saturday 2-1 to us

Play Nathan Blake up front with Frazier Campbell - they both know how to score winners against Manchester City.

Bellamy to score as the returning player and a big applause from both sets of fans for the first player to score in the PL for 7 different clubs.

I like the Bellamy touch indeed....but can't see further than a very optimistic 1 - 0 to the Mancs.

Things in our favor - There's no pressure on us, everybody expects us to lose. Palace put up a decent fight.

it wouldn't be the first time we have put a spanner in the man city cogs if we did get some points out of this one...........if I were a betting man mind I wouldn't be putting my money on us 2 win

Ya Ya is doubtful. That might reduce the pain. Clutching at straws here..........

We would get absolutely raped if we tried to attack them, it would be suicide.

we need very defence minded midfield players, with a few very creative outlets for breakaways, to create space and give breathing time for what is likely to be an overworked 8-9 man defence system for large parts of the game.

We need experience ( Bellamy ), speed and creativity and no fear

We will beat Man City on Saturday 2-1 with Campbell scoring twice again. All you lot panicking, GROW SOME F*CKING BALLS! We can smash the c*nts and all. Bloody foreign bastards who think they can runaway with the league and the quadruple (WTF ?). Over confidence screws people over! COME ON CARDIFF, BEAT THE OASIS BUMMING, SHOE SNIFFING, ARABIAN C*NTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Love the optimism, man city 8-0

We will beat Man City easy in our "lucky" red shirts! Just look how those "lucky" red shirts helped Blackburn tonight...oh hang on!!

They are only playing Blackburn ffs. We'll hammer these

And Joe Hart's likely to be back in goal on Saturday. I'm feeling positive!

Added to that they've got a really "tricky" cup semi final away from home a few days later so I really fancy us here

Man City are scary scary!!

Aguero took 50 seconds to score after coming on, positive news for us.. looking rusty after a month of being out.

Might be a useful side when all their injured players are fit

I can understand their view that having Joe Hart back in net will be to their advantage - he did gift them a few 'favours' at their end (3 points worth) - but I think they miss the fact that our whole team was settling into a new system of playing at that point, so we were more reliant on our keeper to mop up a bit at the back and his mop was broke.
Saturday will be different, we're a more polished team now and we'll blow the taffs away in a manner that will sober the few positive amongst them. Having read the comments, I'd like us to score more than the 5 we took against Blackburn so that the cardiff fans can better appreciate where they are in the order of things.
Therefore 6-0 please.
If we had De Gea and the rags had Hart, we'd be top with a 9 point lead and they'd be in 12th place - that's the difference between a 'good' keeper and a 'top class' keeper - 12 places - think about it.

I want 11-0 so we not only reach the 100 mark but also the 110 mark tomorrow itself ... however if things go wrong, 1-0 will do me fine for the 3 points (which is the main aim) given Arse and Liverpool will both win their games and probably Chelsea will too!

a win is a win thats all that matters. RE: rags and chelski cant bring myself to say hope the rags win, havent wanted to see them winning in the last 30 years, not going to start now, so we will just say if chelski drop points at home that wil do fine.

I am thinking about 4-0 will be the score.

Cardiff are surprisingly confident for a team who've only won 1 of their last 11 league matches.

They only have 4 wins out of the 21 league games played this season but their confidence comes from the fact that Joe had one of his off days and we were victim of one of their rare wins.

"And Joe Hart's likely to be back in goal on Saturday. I'm feeling positive!"

Obviously hasn't been watching recently, particularly the Liverpool and Newcastle games where thanks to Hart we managed to hold out for wins.

I really want us to hammer these, nothing really against them but it would be nice to send Wankjaer home with his tail between his legs.

This will be a battering make no mistake. They are gash and once we get 2 they will shit themselves. I fancy this could be the game where it all comes right and we get 8/9 or dare i say the magical 10. I'd even let Bellers have a goal if we got 10

The car park will be full of horses (not police) and sheep tomorrow as them REAL term scruffy backward taffs carnt even afford to travel I hear loads set of walking last week. The away end pie and beer sales will touch 9 quid tomorrow but will go through 1000 straws and 1000 forks.

An early goal will force them to try and attack us. I'm hoping it's not another game like the palace game. That game could have easily been a draw.
