Seeking Barcelona away tickets

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

We will have to organise a meet up - WW can you recommend a bar?

I am going and whilst I will be able to get a ticket I am taking 2 mates as a work treat.

I am assuming that I will simply have to pay through the nose on Viagogo - unless I strike lucky. If I buy 2 that way and if they cannot be next to or nearby my ticket I will have to buy 3 and so will have a spare - I will post here and I am sure it will find an owner.

Obviously I would prefer it if the 2 new tickets are near my CITY allocated ticket

I'm quite selfish in my support of city really, I'm not interested in ranking myself as a bigger fan than anyone else, i would have thought we were all on the same side, supporting the same team?

So can you get him a ticket or not?

Chris, I am looking at going to Barca for the whole week, Ticket or no ticket. I went to the Nou camp on 19th October last year and spent 4 days in Barca, I loved it. Good luck with a ticket, if you end up with 7 can you give me a nudge as I am after 2 also! Me and my lad both have 4k points, which will not get me a ticket!

That's the challenge, finding someone with 9000 plus points who isn't thinking of going.

when I was in Barca I watched us beat West Ham away 3-1 in P.Flaherty's just off La Rambla, has a few screens and a decent pint and not a tiny place either

The problem is that all those with 9000 points will be buying a ticket whether they are going or not, and that's what fucks it up for everyone else and mean the same tickets go to the same people every time

I made the thread in a hurry, and forgot to mention it was Barca away I ws specifically referring to. Unfortunately for you, it doesn't change that you looked like a bit of a twat with your response.

Why all the tough talk? That's right your sat behind a keyboard. I see that I have hit the nail on the head though.

Wow. Are you actually joking?

I think you'll find I called you 'a tad judgemental' which is correct as you were completely wrong, pointed out that you sounded like a complete bellend, which you did/do, because you were/are completely wrong, and said that you looked like 'a bit of a twat', which in retrospect is rather kind. Hardly tough talk, you absolute sausage, you.

"How come no one was on here begging for tickets for the Plzen game or when we played Moscow?" - supply and demand perchance? Hmmm? Maybe?

And for the record, I think there was a teensy weensy chance that Dronny was taking the piss when he asked if you were a bigger fan than him because he's only been supporting since the Sheikh, and would like a couple of tickets. Any of this starting to become clear yet?

Not that I have to justify myself to the likes of you (I'll just make the point to prove what an utter tit you are), but I've been going to City since the early nineties, followed us all over the country, have been through all the shite, as well as the inconceivable depths we've plumbed, and also had the absolute pleasure of witnessing the recent good times. BUT, I've never been to an away game in Europe, and apparently Barcelona in't too shabby an old town, so am spending a few days there with family and gf. Tickets for the match would be lovely. It may not be the most realistic of ambitions, but to not try would be daft, right?

So as for 'hitting the nail on the head' - not really - more like you smashed the hammer into one of your many thumbs.

Why don't you piss off back to Austria, and wind your cuckoo in while you're at it? (Oooh, but I'm tough)

can't do with JCL's like this popping up when there's a big game on, like cardiff at home..

really hope you get a ticket mate, i'm sure you will, even if it is in the barca end, there's always a way. best of luck.

Even the club, I normally get my euro aways from the players allocation, and for most games like Real, Ajax, Dortmund 4 or 6 isn't a problem, but even two was touch and go for a while this time. Started to worry me with a dawning realisation that this 'guaranteed source' will almost certainly not yield tickets for a European final should we ever get to one.

If I had failed with this, I'd have just gone in the home end, there will be plenty of tickets knocking about on the exchanges in the week before the game, and if that fails, it will be a great piss up anyway. Good luck mate.
