That would be ideal but can't see it happening.

I'm more than happy with that draw.

A very winnable home tie to put one of the favourites out, and one of Arse/Dippers will be out too. We could very easily have had away to Arse, then away to Dippers and then Chelski in the semi in their home town.

A tie and replay against anyone else in that draw, and that replay game would have fell in the midweek before the Cap One Final. Now at least we have 8 days between Stoke home game and Cap One final at Wembley to focus our minds on getting some silverware on the board, and make amends for that Wigan debacle last May.

Replay? Really?? We are playing at home, we don't draw at Etihad if you haven't heard ... I say smack them or get out trying, fuck the replay shit, already enough games piling up ...

Edit: I obviously would take replay happily if it meant staying in the cup :) but let's not let it get to that ... I think how we do against them this next weekend (Monday) at home will dictate how they set up and play in that cup tie ... if we stuff them like we did the scum or spurs or arse at home, Jose would probably send kids next time round citing CL as priority and what else not and not try anything but if we win this one marginally or draw, then come the cup game he'll be in a better position than us to send full strength all out attacking team vs us who'll be considering holding back players for Barca a few days later ...

Should we manage to get through, the cup looks very winnable from here with Chelsea, united and one of pool/arse gone.

This season is either going to be something special or have us all in years wondering how it all went wrong.
