Pick one from Garcia, Yaya, Silva, Lescott or Kompany. All had great games, influenced the game and stopped their opposite man. When we have 4/5 players do this we are unstoppable.

Garcia nudges it for me. 1st game back after injury and slotted in as if he was born to play there

Funny how the two highest vote getters are the midfield pairing, tells you something about the game I think.

God there could be a few. Lescott, komps was solid, Toure and Silva. However have opted for Garcia as best game he's played for us yesterday. Just hope its.not a one off thing.

Garcia for me. Outstanding in a position where Chavski enjoyed a lot of success in the last game. And if he can do it once he can do it again.

Some really good performances all-round but I went for Dave due to him running rings round the Chav's midfirld and defence.

Lescott showed why he should partner Vinnie and Garcia, in a tighter team, proved that he can do the business.

Pellers as well. Closed it down well and didn't allow them any room to play through the middle. Their only opportunities came from set-pieces but we snuffed that out and gave them no chance of an easy opening. Well done that man.

I would have gone for Garcia, but it's not purely down to him, it's down to the way Yaya & Silva played compared to the league game.

Their workrate & responsibility was superb as well as their creativity.

Yaya edged it for the fact he was right in the middle of everything, & tore Matic a new arsehole.

Maureen had clearly briefed his team to get at YaYa, having planted his shitty vile seeds earlier in the week in his presser, "Toure should get a retro red card....." Then when that happened the cunt was there right in the ear of the 4th official!!

Just wondering, do we know if the audio link between the officials is 'push to talk' or permanent live feed? If the latter was the wanker Maureen trying to relay his views to the ref?

Yaya by a whisker from Merlin but so many had impressive games.

Lots of pluses:
- 100% team commitment
- Great performances the more marginal players, e.g. Clichy, Lescott, Garcia
- Best possible reply from Pellegrini to The Arrogant One
- Further integration of Jovetic
- Nasri's return.

Javi Garcia for me, but notable performance from Zaba, Kompany, Lescott, Yaya, Silva and Jovetic. Excellent all round City.

Joleon Lescott. Watching a replay of the game at the moment and it's a mystery why Pellers obviously rates Demichelis and Nastasic above him. I'd be chuffed if he were to start with Komps for Barca.

That's a very good point. I'm not trying to take anything away from Garcia, I just don't think it's fair to compare his performance yesterday with Demichelis's in the league game. Silva and Yaya didn't make it easy for Mr. Ponytail, who had o cover an enormous amount of ground.

Silva for me. The way he makes space is exceptional. He constantly got through the Chelsea midfield and defence and played a role in both goals.

A tough one as there were so many good performances. Sure Garcia was great but I thought Yaya had his best match in quite a while.

One is the real Silva, the other is his shadow, that ever Chelsea player was chasing

Nice one.

However, I went for Kompany but there were loads of contenders.

It says it all when heroes such as PabZab don't even get a mention.
