They would have got it if suarez didn't flop, roll, and moan every single time he gets the ball. Boy who cried wolf...

Agreed. Still a stonewaller though. I do wonder though when a referee has already given a team a penalty, how much it plays on their mind when they're thinking about giving another.

He had a long think about that first one, maybe he regretted it a bit.

I personally want arsenal to win. If we have to come up against either team, I'd prefer arsenal especially with wallcot injured.

True. But I want them through only after the replay

I'm also happy to see the dippers go out here. Via a replay would have been nice but in my mind the dippers a much greater threat to us winning the thing.

We are now just about even money on Betfair to lift the trophy.

Tarquins absolutely went to pieces there. But for bad finishing & good luck, they could have let in another 6.

We could not really have scripted this weekend any better for us.

It probably does benefit Liverpool's league campaign to go out of the cup, but the fact is they are 4th right now. If they can pass up three teams en route to the title, fair play to them.

An underrated draw result for us is Hull/Brighton-Sunderland which is another tricky fixture avoided altogether.

Fingers also crossed for a Steel City derby in the QF, which would be tasty.

I know everyone is sucking the proverbial cock of Scouse 1 at the moment, but are these people actually looking at results?

If not for a jammy late penalty against Fulham, they would have draw their last 3 league away games. Add to that the cup loss and they've got a record of 1-2-1 in their last four away from Anfield.

Boateng is dogshite. What a weakened side this is compared to the one we saw at our place.

Well, except Dortmund, Bayern has no opponents.

PS: Game over in London too.
