Tough game and a must win! Glad Chelsea play before us.. extra motivation. I reckon starting with Dzeko would be wise.

Hart
Zabaleta-Kompany-Lescott-Kolarov
Nasri-Yaya-Fred-Silva
JoJo-Dzeko

We don't play again until next Sunday, so plenty of recovery time.

Good side out today. Would have preferred Jojo playing in Aguero's role but still strong

I think he has gone back to the team that put together that long winning run in the absence of Aguero ...

... and it's an audition for Negredo and Dzeko to decide which one of them will start up front with Jovetic in the Final against Subderland (while JoJo will be subbed for Aguero there).

I really fear this blind spot Pellegrini has could cost us the league.

Yep. I also think tactically it is am ideal game for Joleon given their style of football. I think daft Martin should be encouraged today tho. I don't think the grief he gets helps at all. I will be shouting him on and hope everyone else does.

Would rather have seen Jojo and Dzeko up top who linked up very well against Chelsea.

Means we have to worry about Demichelis in the cup final next week, and that whoever partners Kompany against Barca is unlikely to get any match practice before that game.

Pellegrini has been wrong on this all season and it's very concerning he doesn't appear to see the problems.

Why is Demichaos even allowed to put on a kit today? I wish they would have suspended him for league matches too!
