I hope he scores many on Sunday and shuts us all up, can't see anyone feeling bad about comments made in this thread if he does though.

I'm sure that's what it is - he has basically been almost sacrificed while Aguero (hopefully) fully recovers.

Maybe so, but it does seem that we're prepared to make excuses when players like Silva or Negredo play bad eg 'they're injured, tired, not used to this system, missing player x' etc etc yet when other less fanciful plyers eg Dzeko, Kolarov, Lescott play badly it's mainly 'he's shit, a joke of a player' etc.

Not a dig at you mate, just an observation.
Tbh I just think Negredo's playing poorly and don't think it should be put down to an injury. All players have rough patches and this is his.

Agreed mate. I reckon Edin and wolfman Alex are both carrying at the moment.
Attack the argument of the person, not the person of the argument- except Carl.

We need this guy in Beast mode again also. It's mystery what happen to him , he had some rest now hope he will come back in killing mode now.
You can't be a real country unless you have a beer and an airline. It helps if you have some kind of a football team, or some nuclear weapons, but at the very least you need a beer.
