Rest everybody . Bugger this and send out 11 kids/reserves. Concentrate on the PL - it's the only chance we've got of another pot.

Would you have to put on a catalan accent at the ticket office to collect?

Remember doing that many times in league 1 and the championship with scouse, yorkshire accents etc, but that one could be a bit more tricky lol.

Just checked my ticket, I'm on the back fucking row. At the Nou Camp. At least I won't be able to see our abomination of a defence from up there!

Allow yourself a good 15 mins to make it up there via the walkways John. View is great but when you get to the top tier, if you are on the back row you will come out of the tunnel and have a further 15-20 row climb up to the very top as the entrance tunnels are at the bottom of the blocks.

I was lucky enough to be on the first row of the top tier for the Barca v Real Super Cup game in Aug 2012; was bloody boiling hot too, I was sweating like Pavarotti's gravedigger when I got to my seat.

Head from place de catalunya down la rambla towards the sea until you see a KFC on your left, head down that street, (Calle De Ferran) I think it's called, and there are two Irish bars opposite each other in that street about 20 yards past KFC. My money is on that being pisspot central unless anyone knows anywhere else. We are stayin in the room above the Irish bar on the left, so keep the fucking noise down.

If you google carre de Ferran you will find it easy. There is also a little square a bit further down that street with loads of bars which will probably also be rammed.

Other area which is usually busy will be the bars up at the marina which is a nicer place for a beer, but a bit far out of the centre for match day, think we might head down there tomorrow though.

Nice one, will have a stroll down. We are heading out via the club travel tomorrow so could have a look at the Marina as well.
