Let that be a lesson to the media listeners.

Were young bucks in this place..

cant say Im happy with the rumbelows cup but how easily and quickly it can potentially become our only haul in a season.

The Milk Cup, maybe?

I'm just hoping the League Cup wasn't enough for some of these players and we have more to give.

After the way the team fought for today's match, it doesn't seem that they have lost motivation.

A pot is a pot. Am happy to have won that. Would have loved another one and we still might win Prem. We're not that good yet or consistent we can expect multiple pots or even silverware each year. I'm 40 and we've won four cups in that time. Hardly prolific so any pot for me is very welcome

I hope not. Though anyone who can't make an effort when playing Barca shouldn't be a footballer.

Anyway, let's see what we are like at Hull

Lets just have hope that going out tonight makes us play every game in the run in like it is a cup final... okay maybe not last years but you get what I mean. Focus is well and truly on the league now.

Lets start with our strikers getting the ball in the onion bag this weekend and back scoring!

Imo, if we lose the title, it will be because we have knackered out too many players in the domestic cup competitions.

Next season,we should use some of the academy players in the cups & prioritise the league & the Champions League.

If we are lucky with injuries, then we play strong teams in the cups. If players are tired or carrying injuries, like Aguero on Sunday, they should not play any cup games at all.

The reason teams don't win trebles or quadruples is not because they aren't good enouigh, it is due to fatigue & injuries. Plemty of teams who could win all 4 & go for it, end up with fuck all, for that reason.

If we dont win the Prem this season, and our failure to advance any further in the CL, it will be because we failed to address the biggest hole in our squad - a quality centre half to play with Kompany.

We didnt do it in the summer, we didnt do it in Jan. We want win the biggest prizes with Demich, Nastasic or Joleon at cent half every week.

Looks like we noticed right on Sunday Ted regarding Aguero.

Tbf Dzeko did a lot more than Aguero did tonight, injured or not. Obviously we'll miss him but this is when Negredo and Dzeko have to earn their corn. If they both play like we know they can we will be fine.

Yep.

Ferguson is not a fucking idiot. He went for the cups purely when circumstances allowed. Utd haven't been in an FA Cup final for about 7 years.

If we get a squad where we genuinely have two or more equal top players for every position, then we can think about challenging for 4 competitions.

We're still on for the double and that would be a fantastic achievement - with the cups out of the way we can focus on the league

Nasri was fucked when he came off the pitch last night & was not running freely. He didn't look anywhere near as sharp as at weekend.

That's a direct result of charging around like fuck, busting his balls trying to beat Wigan on Sunday. If he starts off with a niggle on Saturday & has a quiet game, & Aguero doesn't play, or struggles & we don't win. We will possibly have lost the title, not because of the Champions League, but because of trying to compete in the Champions league & also chasing the League & FA Cups.

If Chelsea had been in our position & we in Chelsea's, we would have played Sunderland & Villa at home, plus the rags away in the middle of a crisis. Chelsea would likely be twelve points behind us, having lost at the Etihad with a knackered team & possibly carrying a few injuries.

Jamie Redknapp really brought out his true colours last night, he has about as much sense between his ears as his Dad has.

If we only win 1 trophy this season it will be classed as a disaster, especially after the money we spent..apparently?

So Chelsea, have won fuckall yet and will not win the CL, they are only chasing the league IMO, I wonder if he will come out with that crap once chelsea get knocked out.... I bet they dont mention the money chelsea spent this season

Kurt Zouma £12.848.000
Mohamed Salah £11.616.000
Nemanja Matic £22.000.000

Samuel Eto'o free transfer
Willian £31.240.000
Stipe Perica £2.156.000
