maybe he's doing that hoping Boyd will reciprocate and say Hart didn't headbutt him...??

he's a bit late as Boyd said he did headbutt him, should have been sent off, but that it's all over now - attack is the best form of defence and all that

Haha if he considers that to be a headbutt I'd hate for him to brake a nail!

Just now on the BBC...

Hull forward George Boyd has been charged with spitting at Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart during the Premier League match between the sides on Saturday, the Football Association has announced.

I thought Joe was very restrained considering that cunt spat in his face. I wouldn't of been that restrained.

Fucking BBC also said this as if it was a stonewall penalty:
Hull manager Steve Bruce had defended Boyd for his part in the clash with Hart,
which followed a challenge by the England goalkeeper on Boyd who was not awarded a penalty.

If he'd spat further he would have been banned for more games, there is an agreed formula for calculating it.

I was thinking of the quantity (of phlegm) rather than the distance.

You are correct, it a complex formula devised by Stephen Hawking, and weighted on volume of phlegm, distance travelled plus other factors like proximity to the target's face etc to give a total which is then transformed into a number of games ban. The exact details of the formula are a closely guarded secret, delivered to Herr Blatter in a plain brown envelope.

As yet there is no score for artistic merit, although I believe the FA are considering introducing one.

Indeed, the artistry of his dive as he got himself into the spitting position seems to have been completely lost on the FA.
